The Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) is a professional organization dedicated to improving systems, processes, and the way people and technology work together. At Northern Illinois University, our student chapter brings those ideas to life through hands-on learning, professional development, and meaningful connection. ​

 

Our goal is to help students grow beyond the classroom; whether that means building practical skills, learning from industry professionals, preparing for internships and careers, or simply finding a community of driven, supportive peers.
